Flexible 6-Axis Motion

Nova 5 is equipped with six rotary joints. J1, J4, J5, and J6 each provide ±360° motion; J2 provides ±180°; and J3 provides ±160°. This configuration supports multi-directional positioning and complex orientation adjustment.

Hand-Guiding Teaching

The robot arm is equipped with a hand-guiding button and status indicator at the end. When the robot is enabled, users can long-press the end button to enter hand-guiding mode and manually move the robot to target positions for path teaching.

CCBOX Controller and Open Interfaces

Nova 5 works with the CCBOX controller, which provides digital I/O, analog I/O, LAN, USB, and RS485 interfaces for connecting external controllers, sensors, end-effectors, and other automation devices.

±0.05 mm Repeatability

Nova 5 provides ±0.05 mm repeatability and a maximum TCP speed of 2 m/s. Its 6-axis motion structure supports end-effector positioning, movement, and repetitive operation at different orientations.
